Visitor Attraction Compensation Claims

If you or a loved one has suffered an injury or contracted a disease whilst at a Farm, Country Park, Petting Farm or other attraction then you may be entitled to compensation.

Whilst visiting such places you and your family should be safe and you should have the peace of mind knowing that you will not be exposed to danger.  The buildings, the grounds and all equipment, such as farm machinery, should be safe and securely stored away during your visit.

There should be appropriate warning signs to ensure that all adults and children use hot soap and water to wash their hands thoroughly after they have come into contact with any animals and there should be adequate washing facilities, properly inspected and maintained for that purpose, to ensure that you and your family are not exposed to E-coli or other such bacteria, which can result in serious illness.

As a parent, you want the best for your children and want to know that their best interests are taken care of. They might not be old enough to claim for themselves, but with your help they can.

Compensation may be obtained if it can be shown that the attraction visited was at fault in some way and that an accident or development of an a illness could have been prevented by them.
